Define inspection evidence
Agree which dimensional records, tensile documents, package-weight checks, labels and loading photos are required before production begins.
Plan logistics early
Confirm Incoterms, destination port, pallet requirements, container loading assumptions, documentation and delivery schedule before issuing the purchase order.
