When you contact us by email, WhatsApp or Facebook, you may provide your name, company, country, contact details, product requirements and project information. We use this information to respond to your inquiry, prepare quotations and coordinate requested business services.
Website inquiry forms
The inquiry forms currently prepare an email in your own email application. The website does not transmit or store the form contents on a Boundless Ark server.
Analytics and cookies
With your permission, this website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits, traffic sources, document downloads and interactions with inquiry, email and WhatsApp links. Analytics storage is denied by default and Google Analytics is loaded only after you select “Accept analytics.” Advertising storage, ad personalization and advertising user-data consent remain disabled. External services
Links to email, WhatsApp and Facebook open services operated by third parties. Google Analytics, when accepted, is provided by Google. Their own privacy policies apply when you use those services.
Retention and disclosure
Business correspondence is retained only as reasonably needed to answer inquiries, maintain commercial records and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with relevant manufacturing, logistics or inspection partners when necessary to fulfill your request.
