Dosage is not a universal number
The same kilograms per cubic metre can produce different results when fiber geometry, concrete strength, aggregate grading and mixing conditions change.
Use performance-based confirmation
Final dosage should follow structural requirements and be validated through mix trials and the specified residual strength, flexural or toughness test method.
Plan the mixing sequence
Dose fibers gradually and follow the concrete producer’s approved sequence. Glued bundles may improve dosing efficiency for some higher-volume operations.
Information suppliers need
Share the concrete application, fiber dimensions, target performance, mixing method, proposed dosage range and relevant standard before requesting technical feedback.
